随着全国城市轨道交通行业的快速发展,智慧运营已逐渐成为现代城市轨道交通的重要发展方向,而城市轨道交通信息化建设在智慧运营中又发挥着重要的基础支撑作用。近年来,在城市轨道交通信息化建设过程中,企业紧密围绕国家“十四五”发展规划纲要,整体统筹规划,分步建设实施,在信息化基础设施、应用信息系统建设及业务数据之间互联互通等方面积累了丰富的建设经验,取得了丰硕的建设成果和显著的经济社会效益,加快了城市轨道交通企业的数字化转型步伐,提高了企业精细化管理及乘客服务水平,降低了企业生产成本。文章立足于城市轨道交通企业在智慧运营中的信息化建设过程,分析了信息化建设方案中的重难点问题,提炼了信息化建设成果,从社会方面和经济方面总结了取得的效益。

With the rapid development of the urban rail transit industry in China,intelligent operation has progressively become an important development direction of modern urban rail transit,and the information construction of urban rail transit plays an important foundation and support role in the intelligent operation.In recent years,during the information construction of urban rail transit,enterprises have centered on the outlines of the national“14th Five Year Plan”,made the overall plan,implemented the construction step by step,accumulated rich construction experience in the information infrastructure,the construction of application information systems,and the interconnection of business data,obtained plentiful construction achievements and obvious economic and social benefits,accelerated the digital transformation of urban rail transit enterprises,improved the precision management of enterprises and the passenger service level,and reduced the production costs of enterprises.The article is based on the information construction process of intelligent operation of urban rail transit enterprises,analyzes key and difficult problems in the information construction scheme,extracts the information construction achievements,and summarizes the benefits obtained in social and economic aspects.
