基于课程思政的想象训练法在高职院校排球教学中的应用研究

随着中国教育体系的不断创新与完善,传统的教学手段已经无法满足社会发展需要,特别是排球教学更是需要从课程思政的角度入手,结合学生发展实际和诉求,从引入想象训练法的角度得到更加全面的进步和发展。该文结合实际教学经验,从探讨基于课程思政的想象训练法在高职院校排球教学中应用入手,结合想象训练法在提高排球技能、增强团队协作和培养自信心等方面存在的优势展开研究,希望能为广大教育工作者带来一定参考和帮助。

With the continuous innovation and improvement of China's education system,traditional teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of social development,especially the teaching of volleyball needs to start from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics,combined with the actual development of students and demands,from the perspective of the introduction of the imagination training method to get more comprehensive progress and development.This paper combines the actual teaching experience,from exploring the application of imaginative training method in volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges and universities based on curriculum ideology and politics,combined with the advantages of imaginative training method in improving volleyball skills,enhancing teamwork and cultivating self-confidence to carry out the research,and I hope to bring certain references and help for the majority of educators.
