前馈控制风险模式护理对初产妇产程时间、睡眠质量及母婴感染发生情况的影响

Effects of Feedforward Control Risk Mode Nursing on Puerperal Labor Time,Sleep Quality and Maternal and Infant Infection

目的分析前馈控制风险模式护理对初产妇产程时间、睡眠质量及母婴感染发生情况的影响。方法选取2022年2月至2023年4月在我院建档分娩的80例初产妇,按数字随机分组法将其分为对照组和试验组,各40例,对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上引入前馈控制风险模式,对比两组初产妇分娩方式、母婴感染发生率、各产程时间、护理满意度(NSNS)、睡眠质量、焦虑(SAS)评分及抑郁(SDS)评分改善情况。结果试验组初产妇护理满意度、顺产率高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组母婴感染发生率低于对照组,各产程时间短于对照组(均P<0.05),试验组护理后SAS、SDS评分、睡眠质量水平改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论前馈控制风险模式护理能有效缩短初产妇产程时间,提高初产妇睡眠质量,并降低母婴感染发生率和初产妇的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高初产妇对临床护理的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effects of feedforward risk control mode nursing on puerperal labor time,sleep quality and maternal and infant infection.Methods A total of 80 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group by digital randomization method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received feedforward risk control mode based on the control group.Methods of delivery,incidence of maternal and infant infection,duration of each labor stage,nursing satisfaction(NSNS),sleep quality,anxiety(SAS)score and depression(SDS)score were compared with the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and vaginal delivery rate of primiparas in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the incidence of maternal and infant infection in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the duration of each labor stage was significantly shorter than that in control group(all P<0.05).The improvement of SAS,SDS scores and sleep quality in experimental group after nursing was better than that in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Feedforward risk control mode nursing can effectively shorten the labor time of primipara,improve the sleep quality of primipara,reduce the incidence of maternal and infant infection and anxiety and depression of primipara,and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
