摘要
目的:探究地黄饮子化裁治疗缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:将120例缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,各60例,对照组予以常规康复训练,试验组在对照组基础上加用地黄饮子化裁。持续治疗3个月后,比较两组临床效果、肢体运动功能、肢体感觉功能、生活质量及神经功能情况。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率、Fugl-Meyer运动评分、Fugl-Meyer感觉评分及Barthel指数高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地黄饮子化裁联合常规康复训练能够有效提高缺血性脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者临床效果,改善患者肢体运动和感觉障碍,促进患者受损神经修复,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dihuang Yinzi Decoction on limb dysfunction in patients with ischemic stroke and its influence on quality of life.Methods:A total of 120 ischemic stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given regular rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given Dihuang Yinzi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical effect,limb motor function,limb sensory function,quality of life and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,Fugl-Meyer motor score,Fugl-Meyer sensation score and Barthel index in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the NIHSS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dihuang Yinzi Decoction combined with regular rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical effect of ischemic stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction,improve limb movement and sensory dysfunction,and promote the repair of damaged nerves,to increase the quality of life of patients,it is worth promoting.
