摘要
目的:构建高等医学教育管理水平影响因素模型,为促进高等医学教育事业发展提供参考。方法:以“医学教育管理”“高等医学教育”和“医学教育”为主题词,在中国知网检索相关文献,经过筛选最终纳入33篇文献,基于程序化扎根理论,利用Nvivo14软件对纳入的文献进行三级编码。结果:通过开放式编码提取出56个初始概念和19个初始范畴,通过主轴编码进一步凝练,形成3个主范畴,分别为“人才培养结构”“人才培养质量”“资源配置”。通过对19个初始范畴和3个主范畴进一步聚焦,确定出“高等医学教育管理水平影响因素”这一核心范畴,并在此基础上构建理论模型。结论:基于理论模型,提出相应对策:完善医学人才培养结构,加快医学教育创新发展;提高医学人才培养质量,提升医疗卫生服务水平;优化资源配置,提供资金保障。
Objective To construct the assessment model of factors influencing the level of higher medical education management,and provide a reference for the promotion of higher medical education.Methods Taking"medical education management""higher medical education"and"medical education"as the subjects,33 documents were searched from database of China knowledge Network,and analyzed with software of Nvivol4.Results 56 initial concepts and 19 initial categories were abstracted through open coding,and 3 main categories were formed by further refined through axial coding,which were"structure of talent training","quality of talent training"and"resource allocation".By further focusing on the 19 initial categories and 3 main categories,the core category of"factors influencing the management level of higher medical education"was identified,and a theoretical model was constructed.Conclusion Based on the theoretical mode,the corresponding countermeasures were proposed,such as perfecting the structure of medical talent training,accelerating the innovative development of medical education,improving the quality of medical talent training,upgrading the level of medical and health care services,optimizing the allocation of resources and providing financial guarantee.
