基于改进CRITIC-QTM的高速磁浮列车安全性评估模型

摘要 为全面评估高速磁浮列车的安全性,构建基于改进CRITIC-QTM的安全性评估模型。首先,对高速磁浮列车的列车运行、系统、基础设施、自然灾害4个因素进行研究分析,提出高速磁浮列车的综合安全分析方法和评估流程;其次,基于改进CRITIC-QTM模型计算高速磁浮列车安全评价指标的权重系数;最后,参照变异系数法、CRITIC权重法、TOPSIS熵权法3种评估方法对高速磁浮列车安全性进行评估分析。应用分析表明,基于改进CRITIC-QTM模型能够有效地评估高速磁浮列车的安全性,特别是在对16个指标进行综合评判中,上海高速磁浮列车安全性评估结果为“稳定”。由此表明,运用的改进CRITIC-QTM模型对高速磁浮列车的安全性评估具有一定参考价值。 In order to comprehensively assess the safety of high-speed magnetic levitation trains,a safety assessment model based on improved CRITIC-QTM is constructed.Firstly,4 factors of train operation,system,infrastructure and natural disaster of high-speed magnetic levitation trains are studied and analyzed,and the comprehensive safety analysis method and assessment process of high-speed magnetic levitation trains are proposed;secondly,the weight coefficients of the safety evaluation indexes of high-speed magnetic levitation trains are calculated based on the improved CRITIC-QTM model;finally,the safety of high-speed magnetic levitation train is evaluated and analyzed with reference to 3 evaluation methods,namely the coefficient of variation method,the CRITIC weight method and the TOPSIS entropy weight method.The application analysis indicates that the model can effectively assess the safety of high-speed magnetic levitation trains,especially in the comprehensive judgment of 16 indicators,the safety assessment result of Shanghai Maglev Train is“stable”.This shows that the improved CRITIC-QTM model has certain reference value for the safety assessment of high-speed magnetic levitation trains.
