摘要
CRH380A型动车组发生的边门故障中电路故障类型越来越多,特别是电路方面的微动开关故障。同时由于边门设备在电路控制方面的复杂性及安全性,出现电路方面的故障时我们均需要通过长时间的原理分析和故障查找来解决问题,很大程度上延误了车组出库的时间。为了降低由于微动开关故障等原因带来的影响,及提高动车组检修库内边门检查维修率,针对边门电路中的微动开关进行分析。通过分析CRH380A型动车组边门微动开关组成及电路控制原理,提出相应的改进方案。改进后微动开关故障率明显降低,保障了行车安全。
There are more and more types of circuit faults in the side door faults of CRH380A EMU,especially the microswitch faults in the circuit.Due to the complexity and safety of the side door equipment in circuit control,when there is a circuit fault it takes a long time to analyze the principle and find the fault,which greatly delays the time for the train group set out of the warehouse.In order to reduce the influence caused by the failure of the microswitch and improve the inspection and maintenance rate of the side door of EMU,by analyzing the composition and circuit control principle of the side door microswitch,the corre⁃sponding improvement scheme is put forward.After improvement,the failure rate of microswitch is obvi⁃ously reduced,thus ensuring operating safety.
