摘要
介绍了焦炭标准物质研制的基本流程,分析了国内外各指标的检测方法和依据标准。基于国家标准物质资源共享平台数据,总结分析了我国焦炭标准物质的研制现状、发展趋势和国外焦炭标准物质的研制情况。目前现有焦炭标准物质种类较少,量值范围只能涵盖冶金焦炭的质量等级范围,无法覆盖铸造焦炭的等级范围,实验室在质量要求较高的铸造焦检测质量监控效果不理想。根据焦炭标准物质的应用领域,对其在应用过程中需注意的问题进行了讨论和分析,以期对实验室正确、合理使用焦炭标准物质提供建议。
The basic process of the development of coke reference material was introduced,and the detection methods and standards of each index at home and abroad were analyzed.Based on the data of national standard material resource sharing platform,the development status and development trend of coke reference materials in China and the development of coke reference materials abroad were summarized and analyzed.At present,there are few types of coke reference materials,and the value range can only cover the quality grade range of metallurgical coke,but can not cover the grade range of casting coke.The quality monitoring effect of casting coke detection with high quality requirements in the laboratory is not ideal.According to the application field of coke reference material,the problems that should be paid attention to in the application process are discussed and analyzed,in order to provide suggestions for the correct and reasonable use of coke reference material in the laboratory.
