基于Winmation控制的机电设备点检试验台设计与研发

摘要 针对国家职业技能标准和“1+X”冶金机电设备点检职业技能等级证书标准,提出了一种创新的机电设备点检实训试验台电气系统设计方案。该设备以Winmation控制系统为核心,通过PLC、HMI、机械设计和电气设计等系统集成,实现设备维护和考核单元的管理。采用基于Web应用的综合管理平台,利用MVC开发模式,以Java为后台语言,实现了故障预埋、故障分析和解决的综合功能,同时构建了考核、培训等单元模块。经过测试并投入使用,该设备具备整合培训、考核、竞赛和科学研究功能,形成了一体化的实践教学体系。该设计方案满足双标准的要求,为培养高水平的冶金机电设备点检专业人才提供了有效的教学平台。 Based on the national vocational skills standards and the"i+X"metallurgical electromechanical equipment inspection vocational skill level certificate standard,this study proposes an innovative electrical system design scheme for the electromechanical equipment inspection training test bench.This equipment takes the Winmation control system as the core,and realizes the management of equipment maintenance and assessment units through system integration such as PLC,HMI,mechanical design,and electrical design.Adopting a comprehensive management platform based on Web applications,using the MVC development model and using Java as the backend language,the comprehensive functions of fault embedment,fault analysis and resolution are realized,and unit modules such as assessment and training are also constructed.After testing and being put into use,the equipment has integrated training,assessment,competition and scientific research functions,forming an integrated practical teaching system.The design scheme meets the requirements of dual standards and provides an effective teaching platform for cultivating high-level metallurgical electromechanical equipment inspection professionals.
