不孕症患者行无痛取卵术前吸吮棒棒糖的临床护理研究

Clinical nursing study of sucking lollipop before painless oocyte retrieval in infertility patients

目的探讨不孕症患者在行无痛取卵术前给予吸吮棒棒糖的护理应用情况。方法选取2022年3月至2023年12月在南昌市生殖医院行体外受精(IVF)并接受无痛取卵术的240例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各120例,对照组取卵前采用常规护理模式,观察组在无痛取卵前采用吸吮棒棒糖护理并体现人文关怀。比较两组患者心理状态广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)和健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)情况,术后疼痛(NRS)和饥饿程度评分(HS),术后不良反应发生情况,出血发生率及护理整体满意度。结果观察组患者护理后心理状态GAD-7和PHQ-9评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后NRS和HS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者护理后护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不孕症患者行无痛取卵前采用吮吸棒棒糖体现人文关怀能减轻患者焦虑和抑郁的心理状态,缓解患者术后疼痛及饥饿感程度,同时降低患者不良反应的发生率及提高患者的护理满意度,安全有效,可为不孕症患者行试管婴儿无痛取卵前提供新的护理思路。

Objective To explore the nursing application of sucking lollipop before painless oocyte retrieval in infertile patients.Methods A total of 240 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization(IVF)and painless oocyte retrieval in Nanchang Reproductive Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as study objects and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode before painless oocyte retrieval.The observation group was treated with sucking lollipop before painless oocyte retrieval and showed humanistic care.The generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)and patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9),numerical rating scale(NRS)and hunger scale(HS),postoperative adverse reactions,bleeding incidence and overall satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS and HS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of bleeding after nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to suck lollipops to show humanistic care for infertility patients before painless egg retrieval,which can alleviate their anxiety and depression,relieve their postoperative pain and hunger,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve their satisfaction with nursing.It can provide a new nursing idea for infertility patients before painless egg retrieval by IVF.
