心理护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:探究心理护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年10月青岛市市南区中山路街道河南路社区卫生服务中心收治的老年高血压患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行心理护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组健康知识掌握度、遵医用药行为情况、自护能力评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果显著,有助于增强患者疾病认知度、自护能力,改善遵医用药行为、负性情绪、血压,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:From October 2021 to October 2023,64 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to Qingdao City Shinan District Zhongshan Road Sub-district Henan Road Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the health knowledge mastery,medication compliance behavior and self-care ability scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension has a significant effect,which is helpful to enhance patients'disease cognition and self-care ability,improve medication compliance behavior,negative emotion and blood pressure,and improve the quality of life of patients.
