Objective To observe the effect of laryngeal sword spray on the treatment of postoperative pharyngeal pain in patients undergoing laryngeal lesion surgery with laryngoscopy. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent laryngeal support surgery from June 2022 to May 2023 were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional nebulization after surgery, and the observation group increased the application of laryngeal sword spray. The severity of sore throat, sore throat duration, accompanying symptoms such as dry throat, itchy throat, foreign body sensation and psychological status of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The pain score of the postoperative observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the duration of pain in the observation group was shorter(P<0.05),the incidence of pharyngeal accompanying symptoms was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal sword spray can effectively reduce the degree and duration of postoperative pharyngeal pain in patients undergoing laryngoscopy, prevent pharyngeal accompanying symptoms and improve patients'psychological status.
