摘要
在尼泊尔Narayanghat-Butwal Road项目预制梁吊装施工过程中,面临因场地有限、道路无法进行运梁工作及当地无大型起重设备的难题,为顺利完成预制梁吊装施工提出了相应应对措施,并详细叙述了关键施工技术、工艺流程与控制要点等,包括临时道路铺设、预制梁转运、预制梁吊装等,同时分别针对单跨、双跨、三跨及以上预制梁吊装就位进行研究。通过采用相关技术实现缩短工期、降低成本、提高工程质量的目的。
During the prefabrication beam hoisting construction process of the Narayanghat Butwal Road project in Nepal under the Belt and Road Initiative,there were difficulties in transporting beams due to limited site and roads,as well as the lack of large-scale lifting equipment in the local area.In order to successfully complete the prefabrication beam hoisting construction,this article proposes corresponding measures and elaborates on key construction technologies,process flows,and control points,including temporary road laying,prefabrication beam transportation,etc Research has been conducted on the hoisting and positioning of prefabricated beams,including single span,double span,three span,and above.By adopting relevant technologies,the goal of shortening the construction period,reducing costs,and improving engineering quality has been achieved.
