城轨项目数智化造价管理应用研究

Study on application of digitally-enabled cost management for urban rail transit projects

城轨建设是一项庞大复杂的工程,其特点是投资大、建设周期长、参建单位多,虽然经济效益低,但社会效益显著。住建部明确提出要加强工程造价数据积累,推行清单计量,建立工程造价数据库,坚持市场在资源配置中的决定性作用等要求,在“十四五”规划中也提出迎接数字时代,激活数据要素潜能,所以数字造价管理转型迫在眉睫。文章通过介绍城轨造价管理面临的现实困境,提出分别从创建标准化技术经济指标体系,建立智能化投资测算模型,BIM模型与造价信息同步集成,形成标准化的工程量清单体系,搭建城轨造价数据库,构建造价管理共享平台等6大应用路径,实现数智化造价管理,从而提升造价管理体系,促进城轨行业高质量发展。

Urban rail transit construction is a complex large project,characterized by high investment,long construction period,and multiple units involved,with the low economic benefits,and the significant social benefits.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has clearly stated the need to strengthen the accumulation of engineering cost data,promote inventory measurement,establish engineering cost databases,and adhere to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation.In the 14th Five-Year Plan,it also proposed to embrace the digital age,activate the potential of data elements,so the transformation of digital cost management is urgent.The article introduces the practical difficulties faced by urban rail cost management and proposes six application paths,including creating a standardized technical and economic indicator system,establishing an intelligent investment calculation model,synchronously integrating BIM models with cost information,forming a standardized bill of project quantities system,building an urban rail cost database,and constructing a cost management sharing platform,to achieve digital cost management,thereby improving the cost management system and promoting high-quality development in the urban rail industry.
