党的二十大报告关于“两个结合”“六个必须坚持”等重大理论观点的深刻阐释,集中体现了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论以及贯穿其中的立场观点方法。“两个结合”在新时代党的治疆方略的形成发展过程中得到生动体现;“六个必须坚持”构成新时代党的治疆方略的价值取向、基本立足点、原则方向、主要着力点、思想方法。新时代新征程,做好新疆工作,要切实把握好习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论,坚持好、运用好贯穿其中的立场观点方法,完整准确全面贯彻新时代党的治疆方略。

The“two combinations”and“six musts”expounded in the Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China reflect the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.The“two combinations”have been vividly demonstrated in the formation and development of the Party’s governance of Xinjiang strategy in a new era,while the“six musts”constitute the value orientation,basic foothold,principle,main focus,ideological method,and far-sighted planning of the Party’s governance of Xinjiang.The good governance of Xinjiang is a new journey in a new era,demanding us to grasp the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,and effectively put them into the practice in the Party’s governance of Xinjiang.
