摘要
以水稻插秧机为例,结合物联网技术,探索智能农机装备的研发创新策略。在对物联网技术在农业领域的应用现状和优势进行综述的基础上,分析了农机装备智能化研究存在的问题以及插秧机智能化改造的先进技术与成果。从智能化需求分析、技术要求与设计原则、物联网技术在智能插秧机中的应用、硬件设计与优化、软件开发与优化等方面,阐述了智能插秧机的设计与开发。最后,提出智能插秧机研发创新策略,并展望智能农机装备研发的未来发展方向。
Innovation strategy of research and development for intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment was explored taking rice transplanting machinery as an example and combined with Internet of Things technology.Based on reviews of current situation and application advantages of Internet of Things technology in the field of agriculture,the existing problems in the research of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment and the advanced technology and achievements of intelligent transformation of rice transplanting machinery were analyzed.The design and development of intelligent rice transplanting machinery were expounded from the aspects of intelligent demand analysis,technical requirements and design principles,application of Internet of Things technology in intelligent rice transplanting machinery,hardware design and optimization,software development and optimization.Finally,the innovation strategy of intelligent rice transplanting machinery was proposed,and the future development direction of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment research and development were prospected.
