摘要
目的:探讨蜡疗联合肌电生物反馈及功能训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫的疗效。方法:选取2020年6月~2023年3月我院CIH患者60例均分为联合组与对照组。对照组行肌电生物反馈以及功能训练,联合组在此基础上联合蜡疗。比较患侧肌张力、运动功能、神经功能以及脑电波变化。结果:干预后,联合组0级比例高于对照组(P<0.05);两组BBS、FAM-L及FAC均升高,且联合组更高(P<0.05);两组5-HT、DA均升高,NE均下降,且联合组5-HT、DA更高,NE更低(P<0.05);两组β波升高,且联合组更高(P<0.05)。结论:蜡疗联合肌电生物反馈及功能训练可增强对CIH患者肌张力、运动、肢体平衡及神经功能的改善效果。
Objective To explore the synergistic effect of electromyographic biofeedback based wax therapy and functional training on muscle tone and balance function in the rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction(CIH).Method:60 CIH patients in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a combination group and a control group..The control group received electromyographic biofeedback and functional training on the basis of routine nursing.The combination group received wax therapy on the basis of control group.Muscle tone on the affected side,motor function,neurological function and brain wave levels before and after treatment were compared between the groups.Results After intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the proportion of muscle tone grading between the groups(Fisher exact probability=0.089),but the proportion of grade 0 in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The BBS scores,FAM-L scores and FAC scores of both groups increased.Above scores of the combination group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-HT and DA in both groups increased,while the levels of NE decreased.The levels of 5-HT and DA were higher,and the level of NE was lower in the combination group than in the control group(P<0.05).βwave level increased,and the level in combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wax therapy and functional training based on electromyographic biofeedback can help enhance the improvement of muscle tone,movement,limb balance,and neurological function in CIH patients.
