摘要
门诊多学科诊疗(MDT)服务模式能够提高疑难疾病就诊质量,增强患者就医获得感。在赋权增能理论视域下,通过系统文献研究,从制度赋权、管理赋权、内在增能、外在增能等维度探讨门诊MDT服务质量提升面临的困境,提出规范MDT团队诊疗行为,增进MDT团队协同性,提升MDT团队内生动力,增强专业服务能力等策略,以提升门诊多学科服务质量。
The outpatient multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment(MDT)service mode can improve the quality of treatment for difficult diseases and enhance patients'sense of access to medical treatment.From the perspective of empowerment theory,through systematic literature research,this paper discussed the difficulties facing the improvement of outpatient MDT service quality from the perspectives of institutional empowerment,management empowerment,internal empowerment and external empowerment,and proposed strategies such as standardizing the diagnosis and treatment behaviors of the MDT team,enhancing the synergy of the MDT team,enhancing the endogenous motivation of the MDT team,and enhancing the professional service capability,so as to improve the quality of multidisciplinary outpatient service.
