核电厂大修停堆期间核安全风险管理的研究与应用

摘要 本文应用概率安全分析(PSA)技术,对某核电厂各停堆标准工况的安全风险进行了量化分析,对停堆工况下16类始发事件进行了分析。根据国外核电经验,对五项关键安全功能进行了详细分析。根据PSA的风险见解以及停堆安全风险分析的结果,编写了停堆风险管理程序,制定了一系列管理改进行动,并在几次大修中进行了实际应用,取得了良好的效果,可以为其他核电厂大修期间的风险管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。 This paper applies the Probabilistic Safety Assessment(PSA)technique to quantitatively analyze the safety risks of a nuclear power plant under various shutdown standard conditions,and 16 types of initiating events under shutdown standard conditions are analyzed.Based on foreign nuclear power experience,five key safety functions are analyzed in details.Based on the risk insight of PSA and the results of shutdown safety risk analysis,the shutdown risk management procedures have been compiled,and a series of management improvement actions have been formulated,which have been applied in several major outages,achieving good results,and can provide certain reference for the risk management of other nuclear power plants during outages.
