超声雷达综合法检测钢筋混凝土构件内部缺陷研究

摘要 设计了一块内置不同人工缺陷的钢筋混凝土试块,结合探地雷达扫描成像法和相控阵超声成像法对试块内置缺陷进行检测,并通过钻芯取样法对结果进行验证。结果表明,探地雷达成像法和相控阵超声成像法均能准确反映混凝土内部缺陷,探地雷达具有更高的灵敏度,相控阵超声成像法成像更直观。 A reinforced concrete test block with different artificial defects is designed.Combined with GPR scanning imaging method and phased array ultrasonic imaging method,the built-in defects of the test block were detected,and the results were verified by core drilling sampling method.The results show that GPR imaging method and phased array ultrasonic imaging method can accurately reflect the internal defects of concrete,GPR has higher sensitivity,and ultrasonic tomography imaging is more intuitive.
