摘要
为响应教育部提出的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,天津大学提出“行业知识图谱与大数据智能”新工科项目制课程管理与实施方法,基于PBL理念与工程项目管理方法进行学生毕业设计的过程、进度与质量管理。结果表明,项目制过程管理实现了学生毕业设计进度与质量的全周期管控,最终产出成果与传统毕业设计模式相比有较大创新,优秀率高于天津大学本科生平均水平。项目制管理模式为新工科背景下多学科交叉的复合型人才培养提供了较好方法,也为同类型学校开展项目制毕业设计提供了指导与借鉴。
In response to the"Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan"proposed by the Ministry of Education,Tianjin University has proposed a new engineering project-based course management and implementation method called"industry knowledge graph and big data intelligence".Based on the PBL concept and engineering project management method,the process,progress,and quality management of student graduation design are carried out.The results show that project-based process management has achieved full cycle control over the progress and quality of student graduation design,and the final output has significant innovation compared to traditional graduation design models,with an excellent rate higher than the average level of undergraduate students at Tianjin University.The project-based management model provides a good method for cultivating interdisciplinary and composite talents in the context of new engineering disciplines,and also provides guidance and reference for similar schools to carry out project-based graduation projects.
