鳖甲灸联合循经摩腹在脾虚湿蕴型泄泻患者中的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of turtle shell moxibustion combined with meridian massage on abdomen in diarrhea patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation

目的观察鳖甲灸联合循经摩腹在脾虚湿蕴型泄泻患者中的效果。方法选取2021年12月至2023年12月在南通市中医院消化科住院的脾虚湿蕴型泄泻患者100例为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用鳖甲灸配合循经摩腹中医适宜技术。分别在治疗前、治疗2周后采用中医证候评分量表对两组患者进行评分,治疗结束后对患者进行住院时间、生活质量量表以及中医护理满意度及依从性量表评价。结果治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分、生活质量量表评分、中医护理满意度及依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组生活质量评分、中医证候积分低于对照组,中医护理满意度及依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鳖甲灸联合循经摩腹对脾虚湿蕴型慢性结肠炎患者症状干预治疗效果显著,有效提高患者满意度及依从性。

Objective To observe the effect of turtle shell moxibustion combined with meridian massage on abdomen in diarrhea patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.Methods A total of 100 diarrhea patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type in the Department of Gastroenterology of Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing care,while the experimental group was treated with turtle shell moxibustion combined with appropriate traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)techniques of meridian massage on abdomen.Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,two groups of patients were scored using TCM Symptom Rating Scale,and after treatment,the length of stay,quality of life scale and TCM nursing satisfaction and compliance scale were evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of TCM syndrome,quality of life scale,satisfaction with traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and compliance between the two groups of patients.After treatment,the scores of quality of life and TCM syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,satisfaction with TCM nursing,and compliance were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of turtle shell moxibustion and meridian massage on abdomen has a significant therapeutic effect on the symptoms of chronic colitis patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,effectively improving patient satisfaction and compliance.
