摘要
根据三河口碾压混凝土拱坝施工工艺及施工节点的要求,为加快大坝碾压混凝土施工进度,在保证施工质量的前提下,通过研究和分析决定采用碾压混凝土6m升层工艺,解决快速升层的问题。为实现混凝土6m升层,结合工程实际情况,从模板的选型、加固系统的改造、模板受力计算等方面对模板及锚固件抗拔试验方面进行分析,通过一系列的理论与试验研究,最终确定出6m升层模板施工方案。
According to the requirements of construction technology and construction node of Sanhekou RCC arch dam,in order to speed up the construction progress of dam RCC,on the premise of ensuring the construction quality,through research and analysis,it is decided to adopt the RCC 6m lifting layer technology to solve the problem of rapid lfting layer.In order to realize the 6 m-rise concrete layer,combined with the actual situation of the project,the pull-out test of the formwork and anchorage parts is analyzed from the aspects of formwork selection,reinforcement system transformation and formwork stress calculation.Through a series of theoretical and experimental studies,the construction scheme of 6m-rise formwork is finallydetermined.
