摘要
大采高工作面过空巷时,由于空顶距突然加大,矿山压力显现明显,工作面支架工作阻力剧增,基本顶极易断裂垮落,造成压架、倒架,严重影响工作面的正常生产。采用流动性好、凝固强度高的珀米易特充填材料将空巷充填,将空巷内的空间全部充实,充填体在三轴受力情况下难压缩的物理特性,充填体与围岩共同承受工作面回采时的支承压力,控制空巷围岩变形,充填体对空巷空间进行了补强,能够对围岩进行很好固结和支撑,避免回采冒支架蹬空等生产事故。同时珀米易特充填材料形成的充填体,采煤机能够顺利截割通过,对快速通过空巷极为有利,能够使工作面快速安全通过空巷。
When the large mining high working face crosses the empty lane,due to the sudden increase of the empty top distance,the mine pressure is obvious,the resistance of the working support of the working face increases sharply,and the basic top pole is easy to break and collapse,resulting in the pressure frame and falling frame,which seriously affects the normal production of the working face.With good fluidity,high solidification strength of pearl rice,filling material will fill the lane,all the space in the lane,filling in the case of three axial stress physical characteristics of compression,the filling and surrounding rock under working face mining support pressure,control the lane surrounding rock deformation,filling for reinforcing lane space,able to consolidate and support the surrounding rock,to avoid production accidents such as pushing empty recovery bracket.At the same time,the filling body formed by Permiite filling material can be successfully cut through by the shearer,which is very beneficial to the rapid passage through the empty lane,and can make the working face quickly and safely pass through the empty lane.
