人口特征对文科专业毕业生工作适应性的影响——以广东高职院校为例

The Impact of Demographic Characteristics on the Job Adaptability of Liberal Arts Graduates--A Case Study of Guangdong Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 本文通过对广东企业高职文科类专业员工的调研,从人口特征角度探讨影响员工工作适应的相关性因素,运用描述统计、单因素方差分析、非参数检验、回归分析等方法分析人口特征影响因素。结果显示,户籍类型、院校所在地、年龄差异、学历提升等人口特征变量对高职文科类专业毕业生的工作适应性影响不存在显著差异;性别、工作地、组织类型、组织性质、工作领域、工龄、工作等级、技能证书、月均收入、月均消费对工作适应性影响存在显著差异。企业应加强内部培训,提供个性化的学习机会,落实员工职业生涯规划等措施留住优秀人才;职业院校应加强与制造业和服务业企业合作,依据新文科理念,开发符合实际需要的课程和教材;政府层面应重视区域经济对职业人才的个性化需求,提升珠三角地区职业人才培养水平,促进区域经济发展。 This paper explores the correlation factors that affect employees'work adaptation from the perspective of demographic characteristics through a survey of em⁃ployees in liberal arts majors in Guangdong enterprises.Descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,non-parametric tests,regression analysis,and other methods are used to ana⁃lyze the factors affecting demographic characteristics.The results show that demographic variables such as household registration type,institution location,age differences,and educational advancement do not have a significant impact on the job adaptability of grad⁃uates from vocational liberal arts programs.However,factors such as gender,work loca⁃tion,organizational type,organizational nature,work field,work experience,job level,skill certificates,average monthly income,and average monthly consumption significant⁃ly affect job adaptability have significant differences in their impact on job adaptation.Enterprises should strengthen internal training,provide personalized learning opportuni⁃ties,and implement career planning measures to retain outstanding talents.Vocational colleges should enhance cooperation with manufacturing and service industry enterprises and develop practical courses and teaching materials based on the concept of new liberal arts.At the government level,attention should be paid to the personalized needs of re⁃gional economies for vocational talents,improving the training level of vocational talents in the Pearl River Delta region,and promoting regional economic development.
