阿戈美拉汀联合米氮平治疗抑郁症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Agomelatine Combined with Mirtazapine in the Treat⁃ment of Depression

目的分析抑郁症实施米氮平联合阿戈美拉汀治疗的临床价值。方法简单随机选取2020年1月—2022年10月泉州市第三医院收治的80例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组采用米氮平治疗,观察组使用阿戈美拉汀联合米氮平治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分、神经递质及氧化应激指标水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05)。治疗2周、4周、6周以及8周时,观察组患者的HAMD评分及PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素以及超氧化物歧化酶水平均高于对照组,多巴胺以及丙二醛水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿戈美拉汀片联合米氮平片治疗抑郁症的临床效果显著,能调节大脑神经递质,调控氧化应激反应,有效缓解抑郁症状,提高睡眠质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the value of using mirtazapine and agomelatine for the treatment of depression.Methods 80 patients with depression admitted to the Quanzhou Third Hospital were simple randomly selected as samples from January 2020 to October 2022.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mirtazapine tablets alone,while the observation group was treated with agomelatine tablets combined with mirtazapine tablets.The clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,neurotransmitter and oxidative stress indicators,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of control group[72.50%(29/40)]and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).At 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,HAMD scores and PSQI scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine,norepinephrine and superoxide dismutase in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of dopamine and malondialdehyde were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of combining agomelatine tablets with mirtazapine tablets in the treatment of depression is significant.It can regulate brain neurotransmitters,regulate oxidative stress response,effectively alleviate depressive symptoms,improve sleep quality,and has positive clinical significance.
