江西某低品位难处理含锂陶瓷土矿锂云母选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Beneficiation of Lepidolite from a Low-grade Refractory Ceramic-clay Ore Containing Lithium in Jiangxi

摘要 锂是实现“碳达峰碳中和”战略目标的重要支撑原料。江西省是全球锂云母矿的集中地,但锂云母品位较低,Li_(2)O含量一般在0.3%左右,随着采选规模的扩大,低品位难处理含锂陶瓷土矿的开发利用问题亟待解决。江西某低品位难处理含锂陶瓷土矿中的锂元素主要赋存于铁锂云母和富锂白云母中,矿石中云母等层状硅酸盐矿物含量较高,容易泥化,不利于锂云母矿物浮选分离。针对矿石性质,采用脱泥—浮选工艺,以碳酸钠作为pH调整剂、BK426作为锂云母捕收剂,在条件试验及开路试验的基础上进行了实验室小型闭路试验,针对原矿Li_(2)O品位0.32%的含锂陶瓷土矿,经过一次粗选、两次扫选和两次精选作业,可获得Li_(2)O品位1.71%、回收率72.78%的锂云母精矿。本研究实现了对该低品位难处理含锂陶瓷土矿中锂云母的有效回收,为该类矿石的浮选分离实践提供理论支撑和技术示范,具有一定的理论和实践意义。 Lithium is an important supporting raw material to achieve the strategic goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.Jiangxi province is the concentration area of global lepidolite ore,but the lepidolite grade is low,and the content of Li_(2)O is generally about O.3%.With the expansion of mining and ore-dressing scale,the development and utilization of low-grade refractory lithium-containing ceramic clay ore needs to be solved urgently.The lithium element in a low-grade refractory lithium-bearing ceramic-clay ore in Jiangxi province mainly exists in ferruginous lepidolite and lithium-rich muscovite.The ore has a high content of phyllosilicate minerals such as mica,which is easy to be slimed and is not conducive to the flotation separation of lepidolite minerals.According to the ore properties,the desliming-flotation process was adopted,and sodium carbonate was used as pH regulator and BK426 as lepidolite collector.On the basis of condition tests and open-circuit tests,the laboratory small-scale locked-cycle tests was carried out.For the lithium-containing ceramsite ore with a Li_(2)O grade of o.32%,after one roughing,two scavengings and two cleanings,a lepidolite concentrate with a Li_(2)O grade of 1.71%and a recovery of 72.78%can be obtained.This study realizes the effective recovery of lepidolite from the low-grade refractory lithium-containing ceramsite ore and provides theoretical support and technical demonstration for the flotation separation practice of this kind of ore,having certain theoretical and practical significance.
