癌症患者症状群中前哨症状的研究进展

Progress in investigating sentinel symptoms in the symptom cluster of cancer patients

癌症患者在治疗过程中往往承受着沉重的症状负担,面临多种症状群,症状管理难度较大。前哨症状作为症状群的指标,能预测其他症状的评价。本研究从癌症症状群前哨症状的概念、理论基础、作用机制、类型数量、测量工具、识别方法及干预策略等方面进行综述,分析癌症症状群前哨症状的潜在机制,帮助提供症状管理策略切入点,以期为临床实践提供参考。

Cancer patients often suffer from a heavy symptom burden during treatment and face multiple symptom clusters,making symptom management challenging.However,studies on sentinel symptoms are relatively limited.Therefore,in this study,relevant studies on sentinel symptoms in symptom clusters of cancer patients at home and abroad were reviewed by searching relevant literature.The concepts,theoretical basis,mechanisms,number of types,measurement tools,identification methods and intervention strategies of sentinel symptoms in cancer symptom clusters were reviewed,in order to better understand the underlying mechanisms of sentinel symp⁃toms in cancer symptom clusters and to help provide an entry point for symptom management strat⁃egies,with the aim of providing references for clinical practice.
