摘要
针对影响住宅工程质量的诸多因素,提出提高工程质量的有效途径,同时指出住宅质量保障体系的建立,须从完善法律法规建设、建立有效市场激励机制,推进产业现代化着手。
In view of many factors affecting b uilding construction quality,the author presents effective ways to improve cons truction quality,and points out the establishment of housing quality guarante e system should be based on improving law and regulation system,setting up effe ctive market exciting mechanism and promoting housing industrialization.
