摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法分析锌矿石物相。用纯水、乙酸、饱和溴水、王水、EDTA-氢氧化铵溶液,分别浸提锌矿石物相各个相态,选择213.856 nm锌元素谱线检测质量浓度小于50.0μg/mL的各相态样品溶液;选择334.502 nm锌元素谱线检测质量浓度为50.0~500.0μg/mL的各相态样品溶液,两条谱线下,各相态的质量浓度与对应的谱线强度线性关系良好,线性相关系数均大于0.999。各相态及总量的方法检出限为0.00083%~0.0037%。用所建方法测定标准物质GBW(E)070247、GBW(E)070248、GBW(E)070249、GBW(E)070250,各相态测定平均值均在标准值范围内,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.78%~8.58%(n=12)。分别用原子吸收法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,对4个锌矿石实际样品进行检测,各相态测定结果的相对偏差绝对值为0.00%~8.53%。该方法简便、数据可靠,适合于实际样品的批量检测。
Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy was used to analyze the phase of zinc ore.Pure water,acetic acid,saturated bromine water,aqua regia,and EDTA-ammonium hydroxide solution were used to extract the various phases of zinc ore,respectively.213.856 nm zinc element spectral line was selected to detect each phase sample solutions which mass concentration was less than 50μg/mL.334.502 nm zinc element spectral line was selected a to detect various phase sample solutions with a mass concentration of 50-500μg/mL.Under two spectral lines,the mass concentration of each phase had a good linear relationship with the corresponding spectral line intensity,with linear correlation coefficients more than 0.999.The detection limits of each phase and total amount were 0.00083%-0.0037%.The standard substances GBW(E)070247,GBW(E)070248,GBW(E)070249,and GBW(E)070250 were determined by the established method.The average values of each phase were within the standard value range,and the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were 0.78%-8.58%(n=12).Atomic absorption spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy were used to detect four actual samples of zinc ore.The absolute values of the relative deviations of the measurement results for each phase were 0.00%-8.53%.This method is simple,reliable,which is suitable for batch testing of actual samples.
