奥尔森集体行动理论视角下的“一带一路”倡议合作共赢机制研究

Research on the Win-win Cooperation Mechanism of the"Belt and Road"Initiative(BRI)under the Perspective of Olsen's Collective Action Theory

“一带一路”倡议作为具有重大历史意义和国际影响力的合作倡议,旨在促进共建国家经济合作、文化交流与共同发展。文章通过引入奥尔森集体行动理论,揭示了在该理论框架下“一带一路”倡议中不同参与主体面临的集体行动困境,强调了选择性激励的重要性,探讨了“一带一路”倡议在实现合作与共赢方面的具体路径。在此基础上,从基础设施建设的互联互通机制,促进贸易畅通的贸易合作机制,推动资金融通的金融合作机制以及增进民心相通的人文交流机制等方面提出了若干对策建议。

As an initiative with great historical significance and international influence,BRI aims to boost economic cooperation,cultural exchanges and common development of countries along the route.By introducing Olsen's collective action theory,this thesis reveals the dilemmas faced by different participants in BRI,elaborates on the importance of selective incentives,and discusses the specific path to boost cooperation and achieve win-win results.On this basis,several suggestions were put forward in terms of infrastructure connectivity,trade cooperation mechanism to facilitate smooth trade,financial cooperation mechanism to facilitate capital integration,and cultural exchange mechanism to enhance people-to-people connectivity.
