摘要
临床科研能力是高层次口腔医学专业人才的必备素质。为了提高口腔修复学专业学位研究生的临床科研能力,空军军医大学第三附属医院修复学教研室瞄准培养目标、结合本专业的学科特点,在临床科研训练中采取了通过早期渗透引导角色转变、通过规范训练筑牢科研基础、通过兴趣导向激发科研热情、通过交叉融合助力创新研究、通过多元评价激励科研动力等有力措施。通过多年实践与不断改进,在提高口腔修复学专业学位研究生的临床科研素养、培养适应现代医学科学挑战且具有较大发展潜力的“学者型牙医”中取得了一定的成效。本文将对口腔修复学专业学位研究生培养的相关经验进行总结,并对现存问题和可能措施进行探讨,旨在进一步提高我国口腔医学专业学位研究生的培养质量、推动口腔医学事业的发展。
Innovative talents in advanced dental medicine should be dentist-scientist who are armed with the knowledge and practical skills of clinical and translational research.In the past few years,the Department of Prosthodontics of the Airforce Medical University have taken several revolutionary measures to cultivate the clinical research ability of the professional postgraduates of prosthodontics.Taking full consideration of the primary purpose of professional postgraduation education,as well as the key characteristics of the discipline of prosthodontics,we adopted an earlyinitiated,standardized-training focused,teamwork-based,interest-driven,multiple-discipline interacted and multi-levelassessment assisted pattern of clinical research training among professional postgraduates of prosthodontics.After several years of practice and continuous improvements,significant achievements have been made in the training of advanced dentist-researchers who are well-prepared for the dental medicine practice of the new era.In the present article,we will share our experiences and confusions and explore possible measures to further promote the effectiveness of research training among professional postgraduate.
