共享门诊管理模式在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用研究

Application of shared outpatient management model in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的评价共享门诊管理模式在类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取2023年2-6月在上海市光华中西医结合医院关节内科门诊就诊的94例RA患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例。观察组采用共享门诊管理模式,对照组采用常规门诊护理,比较实施前后2组患者疾病知识掌握水平、自我效能及抑郁水平。结果实施3个月后,观察组疾病知识掌握得分和自我效能得分均高于对照组(P<0.001),抑郁水平低于对照组(P<0.001),差异均有统计学意义。结论应用共享门诊管理模式可有效提高RA患者的疾病知识水平、自我效能,减轻患者的抑郁情绪。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of shared outpatient management mode in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods A total of 94 patients with RA were selected from February to June 2023 in the joint medicine outpatient department of Shanghai Guanghua Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,and were randomly divided into the observation group and thecontrol group.The observation group used shared outpatient management mode,and the control group only used routine outpatient care.The differences of disease knowledge,self-efficacy,and depression level were compared between 2 groups before and after the experiment.Results After 3 months,the scores of disease knowledge and self-efficacy of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001),and the level of depression was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001),with the statistically significant differences.Conclusion The application of shared outpatient management mode can effectively improve the disease knowledge level and self-efficacy of patients with RA,and alleviate the depression of patients.
