基于水凝胶制剂的肿瘤免疫治疗的研究进展

Research Progress on Tumor Immunotherapy Based on Hydrogel Preparations

肿瘤免疫治疗区别于传统癌症治疗手段,它是利用患者自身免疫系统杀死肿瘤细胞来长期抑制肿瘤复发和生长。水凝胶作为一种药物缓控释系统来递送肿瘤免疫治疗活性物质时可提升治疗物质的疗效和安全性,同时设计具有不同功能性的水凝胶还能和活性物质协同促进肿瘤免疫治疗。因此,本文就基于水凝胶骨架和制备策略以及基于水凝胶制剂的免疫治疗机制进行了归纳和总结,以期为后续的研究方向和治疗手段的发展提供参考。

Tumor immunotherapy is different from traditional cancer treatment in that it uses the patient's own immune system to kill tumor cells to inhibit tumor recurrence and growth for a long time.As a sustained-release and controlled-release system for drugs,hydrogels can improve the efficacy and safety of tumor immunotherapy active substances,and the design of hydrogels with different functions can also synergistically promote tumor immunotherapy with active substances.Therefore,this article summarizes the hydrogel-based skeleton and preparation strategies and the immunotherapy mechanism based on hydrogel preparations,in order to provide a reference for the subsequent research directions and the development of treatment methods.
