针刺疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Therapy for Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病是由冠状动脉粥样硬化引起血管狭窄和闭塞,导致心肌缺血和缺氧,表现为胸痛、胸闷等症状的常见心血管疾病。随着饮食结构和生活方式的变化,该病的患病率逐年增加且趋于年轻化,严重影响生活质量。现代医学主要通过西药控制病情,但存在不良反应。中医学认为冠心病与气血不足、血瘀相关,治疗原则为温阳散结活血化瘀。文章综述了近年来针刺疗法在治疗冠心病心绞痛中的临床研究进展,主要包括传统针刺、体针及其联合疗法,如针刺联合艾绒、电针仪、中药、西药等。针刺疗法在增加冠状动脉血流量、改善心肌缺血及增强免疫力方面显示出显著疗效。未来需与现代医学紧密结合,深入探讨针刺疗法的机制和协同作用,以优化治疗方案,提升临床疗效。

Coronary heart disease is a common cardiovascular disease caused by coronary atherosclerosis,which causes vascular stenosis and occlusion,myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,and presents chest pain,chest tightness and other symptoms.With the changes in dietary patterns and lifestyle,the prevalence of this disease has been increasing yearly and affecting younger populations,severely impacting the quality of life.Modern medicine primarily uses Western drugs to control the condition,but these can have adverse effects.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that coronary heart disease is related to deficiencies in Qi and blood,as well as blood stasis,and treats it based on the principles of warming Yang,dispersing cold and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.This article reviewed recent clinical research progress in the treatment of angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease using acupuncture therapies,including traditional acupuncture,body acupuncture as well as combined therapies such as acupuncture with moxibustion,electroacupuncture,Chinese herbal medicine and Western medicine.Acupuncture therapy has shown significant efficacy in increasing coronary blood flow,improving myocardial ischemia and enhancing immunity.Future research should integrate modern medical advancements to deeply explore the mechanisms and synergistic effects of acupuncture therapy,thereby optimizing treatment strategies and improving clinical efficacy.
