摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种自身免疫性疾病,其特点是在全身多个关节发生炎症反应。RA患者患心血管疾病(CVD)风险显著高于一般人群,也是CVD成为RA患者死亡的一个重要原因。该综述旨在综合分析RA并发CVD的最新研究进展,以提升RA并发CVD的预防、诊断和治疗策略,从而改善RA患者的生存质量。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by inflammatory reactions in multiple joints throughout the body.Patients with RA have a significantly higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease(CVD)than the general population,making CVD an important cause of mortality among RA patients.This review aims to comprehensively analyze the latest research progress in RA complicated with CVD,in order to improve the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment strategies for this comorbidity and ultimately enhance the quality of life for RA patients.
