The Impact of Digital Transformation on the Performance of Logistics Enterprises——Taking SF Express as an Example

本文以顺丰控股股份有限公司为例,通过数字化转型的路径研究探索数字化转型对于物流企业绩效的影响。研究发现,案例公司通过数字化转型提高了收入,降低期间费用与相关成本,提升了营运效率,一系列举措对顺丰的企业绩效有正向影响。基于此本文合理预期企业数字化转型可以改善企业的营运管理,有效提高企业绩效,促进企业的价值创造。最后根据顺丰的数字化转型过程,提出一些在转型期间的建议作为对相关企业转型的参考。

This article takes SF Holding Co.,Ltd.as an example to explore the impact of digital transformation on the performance of logistics enterprises through the path of digital transformation.Research has found that the case company has increased revenue,reduced period expenses and related costs,and improved operational efficiency through digital transformation.A series of measures have a positive impact on SF's corporate performance.Based on this,it is reasonable to expect that digital transformation of enterprises can improve their operational management,effectively enhance their performance,and promote value creation.Finally,based on the digital transformation process of SF Express,some suggestions during the transformation period are proposed as references for the transformation of related enterprises.
