儿童分泌性中耳炎与腺样体微生物菌群的研究进展

摘要 作为腺样体肥大的常见并发症,儿童分泌性中耳炎(otitis media with effusion,OME)发病率较高,其发生发展是一个多因素过程,发病机制尚不明确。腺样体在儿童上呼吸道感染的免疫反应中发挥着重要作用[1]。1958年Senturia等[2]在中耳积液中检测到细菌,认为细菌感染是OME的一个重要致病因素。“病原体储存库假说”认为腺样体是细菌的储存库,在中耳炎中起着潜在的致病作用[3]。本文就儿童OME和腺样体微生物菌群的关系进行综述。
