摘要
糖尿病发病率呈逐年上升趋势,2型糖尿病慢性并发症往往引发神经系统损害,影响患者日常生活。多年来对尿酸水平研究发现,尿酸与糖尿病等代谢性疾病有一定关系,且尿酸与糖尿病周围神经病变发生机制中炎症作用、氧化应激、微血管的改变、神经退化和再生存在相关性,本文就两者相关性作一综述。
The incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year.Chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus of⁃ten cause neurological damage and affect the daily life of patients.Over the years,studies on uric acid levels have found that uric acid has a certain relationship with metabolic diseases such as diabetes,and uric acid is associated with inflammation,oxidative stress,microvascular changes,nerve degradation and regeneration in the pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.This article reviews the correlation between the two.
