新型布绷带在射频消融术后心房颤动患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Novel Cloth Bandage in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation after Radiofrequency Ablation

目的探讨新型布绷带在射频消融术后心房颤动(AF)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年2月在河北医科大学第二医院接受射频消融术的AF患者100例,采用随机序列将其分为对照组和干预组,每组50例。射频消融术后,对照组患者采用弹性绷带固定、包扎穿刺部位,干预组患者采用新型布绷带固定、包扎穿刺部位。比较两组术后并发症发生率和返回病房时、术后2 h、术后4 h、术后6 h、术后8 h腰背部视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及住院体验满意度。结果本研究剔除8例临床资料不完整患者,其中对照组3例、干预组5例。干预组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2、4、6、8 h,干预组腰背部VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组住院体验满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用新型布绷带固定、包扎穿刺部位可有效减少AF患者射频消融术后并发症,减轻腰背部疼痛程度,提高患者住院体验满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of novel cloth bandage in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)after radiofrequency ablation.Methods A total of 100 AF patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and intervention group by random sequence,with 50 cases in each group.After radiofrequency ablation,the patients in the control group used elastic bandage to fix and bind the puncture site,while the patients in the intervention group used novel cloth bandage to fix and bind the puncture site.The incidence of postoperative complications,waist and back Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score when the patients returned to the ward,and at 2,4,6,8 h after operation and hospitalization experience satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In this study,8 patients with incomplete clinical data were excluded,including 3 patients in the control group and 5 patients in the intervention group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 2,4,6 and 8 h after operation,the waist and back VAS score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of hospitalization experience in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of novel cloth bandage to fix and bandage the puncture site can effectively reduce the complications after radiofrequency ablation in patients with AF,reduce the degree of waist and back pain,and improve the satisfaction of hospitalization experience.
