劳动教育视域下高职外语人才培养路径研究

Research on the Path of Cultivating Foreign Language Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Labor Education

劳动教育能够使学生树立正确的劳动观点和劳动态度、热爱劳动和劳动人民、养成劳动习惯,是德智体美劳全面发展教育的重要内容之一。高职院校并不仅仅要传授文化知识,更重要的是培养实践就业能力,使学生成为我国不同行业的高技能人才。将劳动教育渗透进高职院校的教育过程中是时代发展的必然趋势。本文从分析当前高职外语人才培养的不足之处入手,阐述渗入劳动教育的高职外语人才培养的意义,就劳动教育视域下高职外语人才培养路径展开论述。

Labor education can help students establish a correct view and attitude of labor,love labor and love working people,and form the habit of labor education,which is one of the important contents of the all-round development of moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education.In higher vocational colleges,we not only impart cultural knowledge,but cultivate practical employment ability,and supply highly skilled talents for different industries in our country,so the infiltration of labor education into the education process of higher vocational colleges is an inevitable trend.By analyzing the shortcomings in cultivating foreign language talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper illustrates the significance of integrating foreign language talent cultivation with labor education,and expounds the cultivation paths from the perspective of labor education.
