摘要
目的:分析急性脑梗死并颈动脉中、重度狭窄患者治疗中,给予介入治疗联合丁苯酞序贯治疗的价值。方法:筛选80例急性脑梗死并颈动脉狭窄患者为样本,样本均选自2020年4月-2021年10月,按1∶1比例作随机分组处理,对照组共计40例给予介入治疗,观察组共计40例在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞序贯治疗,对比两组临床疗效、临床指标、预后效果。结果:观察组临床疗效为95.00%,较对照组(80.00%)明显升高(P<0.05);观察组全血高切低切黏度、FIB、PCV低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分(7.14±2.41分)低于对照组,ADL评分(78.24±5.96分)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死并颈动脉狭窄患者介入治疗同时展开丁苯酞序贯治疗可促进其损伤神经功能恢复,亦可改善其血液状态及临床疗效。
Objective:To Analysis of acute cerebral infarction with carotid artery,In the treatment of patients with severe stenosis,The value of interventional therapy combined with butylphthalide sequential therapy.Methods:80 patients with acute cerebral infarction and carotid stenosis were selected as samples,Samples are selected from April 2020 to October 2021,After random grouping,they are grouped according to the ratio of 1:1,A total of 40 cases in the control group were treated with interventional therapy,A total of 40 cases in the observation group were given sequential treatment with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group,The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The evaluation value of clinical efficacy was 95.00%in the observation group.It was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Whole blood high shear low shear viscosity,FIB and PCV were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group(7.14±2.41)was lower than that of the control group,the ADL score(78.24±5.96)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interventional therapy and sequential treatment of butylphthalide in patients with acute cerebral infarction and carotid artery stenosis can promote the recovery of injured nerve function.It can also improve its blood status and clinical efficacy,which is worthy of reference.
