智能控压清石系统在复杂肝胆管结石PTCSL手术的应用研究

目的:探讨智能控压清石系统在复杂肝胆管结石经皮肝胆道取石术(PTCSL)中的应用效果。方法:选取复杂肝胆管结石患者60例,均为我院2020年1月—2022年1月收治,按随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组行传统PTCSL手术治疗,观察组行智能控压清石系统下PTCSL手术治疗。比较两组手术情况、血常规指标、肝功能指标、并发症及复发率。结果:观察组手术时间较对照组长,Ⅰ期清石率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后白细胞计数、C反应蛋白水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后总胆红素、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、复发率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智能控压清石系统在复杂肝胆管结石PTCSL手术中应用价值高,可减轻肝胆管损伤,减少并发症发生,保护肝功能,且复发率低。

Objective:To explore the application effect of intelligent pressure control stone cleaning system in percutaneous transhepatic cholangiolithotomy(ptcsl)for complex hepatolithiasis.Methods:60 patients with complex hepatolithiasis,all admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022, were divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method. The control group received traditional PTSCL surgery, and observation group received PTSCL surgery under the intelligentpressure control stone cleaning system. The two groups’ operation condition, blood routine index, liver function index, complications and recurrence rate were compared.Results: Compared with control group, the operation time in observation group was shorter and the stone removal rate in stage I was higher ( P <0.05). Observation group’s WBC and CRP levels were lower than control group’s ( P <0.05). Observation group’s TBIL, AST and ALT levels were lower than control group’s ( P <0.05). Observation group’s complication rate and recurrence rate were lower than control group’s ( P <0.05).Conclusion: The application value of intelligent pressure control stone cleaning system in PTCSL operation of complex hepatolithiasis is high, which can reduce hepatobiliary injury, reduce complications, protect liver function, and has low recurrence rate.
