摘要
针对乡村土地规划的利用效率低与短板问题,本研究对宜居化乡村土地规划的相关影响因素进行分析,并在最小累积阻力模型的基础上构建乡村土地规划模型,以进行辅助决策。结果表明,确定最小累积阻力差值为3346.12与2136.73的位置作为生态与宜居的分区界线,并且宜居-关键建设区、宜居-优化建设区、生态-限制开发区与生态-不宜开发区分区占比分别为1.93%、6.51%,20.03%与71.53%。研究根据各地的功能进行分析,并提出针对性规划策略,这为其他乡村土地规划提供一定的参考。
In response to the low utilization efficiency and shortcomings of rural land planning,this study analyzes the relevant influencing factors of livable rural land planning,and constructs a rural land planning model based on the minimum cumulative resistance model to assist decision-making.The results showed that the locations with the minimum cumulative resistance difference of 3346.12 and 2136.73 were determined as the ecological and livable zoning boundaries,and the proportions of livable key construction areas,livable optimized construction areas,ecological restricted development areas,and ecological unsuitable development areas were 1.93%,6.51%,20.03%,and 71.53%,respectively.The study analyzes the functions of various regions and proposes targeted planning strategies,which provides a certain reference for other rural land planning.
