This study provides an in-depth analysis of the economic and financial management practices in biotechnological breeding enterprises,using Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co.,Ltd.as a case study.Initially,the research outlines the current status and challenges of the biotechnological breeding industry,and then explores the three pillars of sustainable development theory:environmental,economic,and social.Through a case study analysis,the paper elaborates on the strategies adopted by Dabeinong in capital raising,investment decision-making,cost control,financial planning and budget management,asset-liability management,and revenue and risk management.These practices not only support the company's market expansion and technological innovation but also ensure the financial health and sustainable development of the enterprise.Finally,the study offers specific recommendations on how biotechnological breeding enterprises can optimize management strategies to meet future market challenges.
