摘要
目的探讨基于课程思政理念的逐步翻转课堂教学模式在护理硕士专业学位研究生群体中的应用效果。方法本研究采取量性-质性混合式研究方法,对某高校2021级、2020级共81名护理硕士专业学位研究生高级健康评估课程期末考试成绩进行统计分析,并对其中22名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行半结构式访谈。结果采用基于课程思政理念的逐步翻转课堂模式。2020级学生翻转课堂汇报平均得分为(70.08±1.83)分,2021级为(84.48±3.61)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2020级学生学习报告撰写平均得分为(70.32±1.94)分,2021级为(88.04±2.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。访谈结果提炼出2个主题:基于课程思政理念的逐步翻转课堂教学模式能够有效提高护理硕士专业学位研究生对翻转课堂教学法的接受度,课程思政融入教学为护理硕士专业学位研究生带来积极学习体验。结论多数研究生均能较好地接受基于课程思政理念的逐步翻转课堂教学模式,且该模式能够有效提升学生成绩,学生翻转课堂汇报、学习报告撰写这2部分的表现均有一定改善。
Objective To explore the application effect of gradual flipped classroom teaching model based on the concept of Ideological & Political Education of master of nursing specialist.Methods This study received a mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research,and conducted statistical analysis on the final exam scores of advanced health assessment courses for 81 master of nurs-ing specialist from a certain university in 2021 and 2020.Among them,22 master of nursing specialist were interviewed in a semistructured manner.Results Adopting a gradual flipped classroom model based on the concept of Ideological & Political Education.The average score for flipped classroom presentations by students in 2020 was(70.08 ± 1.83) score,while in 2021 it was(84.48 ± 3.61)score,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average score for writing study reports for students in 2020 was(70.32 ±1.94) score,while for students in 2021 was(88.04 ± 2.65) score,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The interview results extracted two themes:the gradual flipped classroom teaching model based on the concept of Ideological & Political Education can effectively improve the acceptance of flipped classroom teaching model by master of nursing specialist,and the integration of Ideological & Political Education into teaching brings positive learning experiences for master of nursing specialist.Conclusion Most students are able to better accept the gradual flipped classroom teaching model based on the Ideological & Political Education con-cept,and this model can effectively improve student performance.The students′ performance in flipped classroom reporting and learning report writing has been improved to some extent.
