综合超声训练工作站在心脏超声住培操作教学中的应用价值

Application value of BodyWorksEve in standardized residency training of cardiac ultrasound operation

目的回顾性分析综合超声训练工作站在住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)心脏超声操作教学中的应用价值。方法选择2019年9月—2023年6月在南昌大学第一附属医院超声医学科轮转的37名第2阶段超声专业住院医师为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用传统方法联合综合超声训练工作站教学,对照组采用传统方法教学。培训结束后两组住院医师均接受上机操作考核并填写调查表。对比分析两组间上机操作考核总成绩以及各项得分的差异,比较两组调表查结果。结果观察组和对照组操作考核总成绩分别为(84.28±4.13)分和(80.42±4.39)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在仪器调节和扫查方法2个方面的得分差异高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组在检查前准备、超声描述、回答问题和人文关怀4个方面的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在调查表中总体满意度、人文素养培养评分、带教方法评分和对下一阶段帮助评分4个方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师心脏超声非独立上机操作培训过程中,传统教学联合综合超声训练工作站有助于提高住院医师的上机操作能力和满意度。

Objective To analyze the application value of BodyWorkseve in standardized residency training of cardiac ultrasound operation retrospectively.Methods A total of 37 stage 2 ultrasound residents,who rotated in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2019 to June 2023,were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group.the observation group received the traditional method combined with BodyWorkseve teaching,the control group receivde The traditional method of teaching.After the training,both groups of residents underwent a hands-on assessment and filled out a questionnaire.The scores of the hands-on assessment were compared and analyzed,and the results of the questionnaire were compared too.Results The total scores of hands-on assessment in the observation group and the control group were(84.28±4.13)and(80.42±4.39),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of instrument adjustment and scanning methods in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in the scores of preexamination preparation,ultrasound description and answering questions and humanistic care between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in four aspects:overall satisfaction,humanities literacy training score,teaching method score and the score of help for the next stage(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of non-independent operation of cardiac ultrasound for residents,on the basis of traditional teaching,the joint application of BodyWorkseve is helpful to improve the on-computer operation ability and the satisfaction of residents.
