The paper studied the difficulties and countermeasures of cost control for prefabricated buildings.Based on the understanding of the cost composition of prefabricated buildings,starting from the design stage,production stage,transportation stage,and installation stage,the difficulties of cost control for prefabricated buildings were analyzed.Through the application of technology such as collaborative design,automated production,transportation monitoring,and field management,the cost of each stage can be controlled within a reasonable range and better comprehensive benefits can be created.
