摘要
传统的心理健康教育课程虽然为学生提供了丰富的理论知识,但在实际应用和情感体验上存在不足。森林疗愈,作为一种新兴的心理干预方法,为高校心理健康教育课程的改革创新提供了新的视角。本文以新疆理工学院为例,介绍了当前心理健康教育课程教学现状及存在的问题,然后,从创新课程设计理念、融入森林疗愈元素的课程内容、创新教学方法与手段、创新考核评价体系等方面,详细探讨了基于森林疗愈的心理健康教育课程教学改革措施。
Although traditional mental health education courses provide students with rich theoretical knowledge,there are shortcomings in practical application and emotional experience.Forest healing,as a new psychological intervention method,provides a new perspective for the reform and innovation of mental health education courses in colleges and universities.Taking Xinjiang Institute of Technology as an example,this article introduces the current situation and problems of mental health education courses,and then discusses in detail the reform measures of mental health education courses based on forest healing from the aspects of innovative curriculum design concepts,integrating forest healing elements into the curriculum content,innovative teaching methods and means,and innovative assessment and evaluation systems.
