摘要
探究了扁柏酚及其组合物抑制马拉色菌的性能。扁柏酚对糠秕马拉色菌的MIC为3.91μg/mL;Fe^(2+)可以使扁柏酚失活,Cu^(2+)降低了扁柏酚的活性,而金属螯合剂EDTA二钠可以增强扁柏酚的活性;联合药敏实验结果显示,γ-十一内酯、γ-壬内酯、硫辛酸分别对扁柏酚在抑制糠秕马拉色菌上起到协同、相加、无关作用。含有扁柏酚、EDTA二钠、γ-十一内酯、γ-壬内酯、硫辛酸的组合物对糠秕马拉色菌、球型马拉色菌、斯洛菲马拉色菌、合轴马拉色菌、钝型马拉色菌共5种马拉色菌具有优异的抑制能力。该研究为扁柏酚及其组合物在抑制马拉色菌领域的应用提供了依据。
The inhibitory properties of hinokitiol and its combinations on Malassezia were investigated.The MIC of hinokitiol on Malassezia furfurwas 3.91μg/mL.Fe^(2+)could inactivate hinokitiol,while EDTA disodium enhanced the activity of hinokitiol.γ-undecalactone,γ-nonalactone,and thioctic acid played a synergistic,additive,and irrelevant role combined with hinokitiol against M.furfur,respectively.The combination containing hinokitiol,EDTA disodium,γ-undecalactone,γ-nonolactone and thioctic acid had excellent inhibitory ability against M.furfur,M.globosa,M.sloffii,M.sympodialis and M.obtusa.This study provides a solid basis for the application of hinokitiol and its combinations in the field of Malassezia inhibition.
